Every stage is designed to prepare recycled PS for practical downstream moulding and extrusion.

We source post-consumer and post-industrial EPS waste as a reliable, sustainable feedstock base.

Materials are crushed and washed to remove labels, metals and dust before careful sorting.

Clean flakes are melted under controlled temperature and pressure for uniform plasticisation and stable flow.

Extruded material is cooled and cut into uniform granules for downstream moulding and extrusion.

Finished pellets are packed in moisture- and dust-resistant woven or jumbo bags.

Orders and batch numbers are checked before packed products are loaded for dispatch.
